For today’s mindfulness practice, take time to notice and say thank you for the small moments throughout your day. Here’s how to practice Mindful Thanks for Small Moments:
- Set an Intention: Start your day by setting the intention to be aware of and grateful for small moments. Say to yourself, “Today, I will notice and appreciate the little things.”
