For today’s mindfulness practice, you’ll reflect on a happy memory and allow yourself to fully relive the experience. Here’s how to practice Mindful Remembrance step by step:
- Find a Quiet Space: Choose a calm and comfortable location where you won’t be disturbed for a few minutes. Sit or lie down, whichever feels best for you.
- Take a Deep Breath: Start by taking a deep, centering breath. Inhale deeply and exhale slowly, letting go of any tension or distractions.
- Choose a Memory: Bring to mind a happy memory—a moment that brought you joy, love, or peace. It could be as simple as a sunny afternoon in the park, laughter with friends, or a milestone celebration.
