Day 31 – Reflective Awareness
For today’s daily mindfulness practice, spend 10–15 minutes reflecting on one key lesson you’ve learned about awareness during this month’s mindfulness practices. This reflective exercise helps you consolidate your experiences, appreciate your growth, and prepare for the next step in your mindfulness journey.
